Once I graduated from college, I knew I wanted to get into MMA. I knew I was still competitive and wanted to do something to stay active. A prime day for me is I wake up, eat breakfast, go to the venue, and do a walk through and just positively reinforce myself, all the thoughts and everything I want to happen. The most pain I've ever been in? One time I got kicked in my eye during a fight. They went numb and I was just like man what just happened? I was pretty damaged. I couldn't see out of that eye for the rest of the fight. Just closed it for like 5 seconds. Yes I won that fight. [laughs] I try to relax by reading a book. That's the most relaxing thing for me to do is read a book. I also like to draw. You know like portraits and stuff like that. I use my PC every day in everything I do. You know I'm always on a computer searching the web, seeing what's going on, you know, doing whatever, handling my emails, whatever I got to do. Unknown: Come on, bare hands. Rashad Evans: I never get scared. I've got full faith and confidence in my abilities. I know that positive thoughts keep bad things away. My wife when she's mad at me she puts the fear of god in me.
