Caribbean's leading airline, Caribbean's leading business airlines, and the Caribbean's leading airline website and we're very proud of that. Interviewer: And why do you think you won this exactly? Paul Pennicook: I think it's fair to say, well, in the case of Caribbean's leading airline we've actually won that ten years now, and in the case of Caribbean's leading business airline it's out second year. This the first year that we're winning the website award and we're very proud of that because we completely re-vamped our website about a year and a half, two years ago and it has has been working very, very well for us and we're very proud to be recognized by World Travel Awards for the work we've done with the website. Interviewer: And what particularly do you think... How will you use this going forwards in your marketing programs and your advertising programs going forwards? Paul Pennicook: Well, it is very, very much a trend of this days that the internet is the way to go and our website has been re-vamped and made much more user friendly. And as a result of that, our customers, our frequent fliers and our new customers all going to our website, learning about Air Jamaica and booking Air Jamaica and we intend to use that in our marketing programs going forward. |
