Man 1: [noise] To those of you who are vegetarians would be best advice not to watch the following segment. [noise] [noise] Here in the Philippines we really like chickens. We like eating chickens so much so there's not a part of chicken that's wasted. We eat practically every part. This is called Isaw and it is a chicken intestines dipped in vinegar. Grilled and dip in vinegar, it's very nice.

This is a coagulated chicken blood, also grilled and dipped in spicy vinegar. Also very nice. A particular favorite of mine is this one, chicken feet. Or what we prefer to call it as Adidas for obvious reasons. [silence] It's kinda bony. Yumm... Believe it or not we also eat the head or what we fondly call as helmet, again for obvious reasons. But, today we can't seem to find any helmets available. [noise] So, we make do with the chicken intestines, chicken blood and chicken feet.

Aside from chickens, we also like fish. We like to eat fish raw like the Japanese. We like to eat them cooked and we like to sometimes mash the fish into unrecognizable shapes like a particular favorite snack we call fishball. The fishball is actually not too difficult to find locally. What's difficult to do is the sauce. The sauce is the secret of this, if you can't cook sauce properly, you won't be able to enjoy fishballs properly. I think ketchup would work but it's not the same. It's dipped in a very spicy sauce, so spicy that I wish I taken some water with me. So hot.
